He has also taught folklore, English, and anthropology at several colleges and universities and has served as a scholar or consultant on numerous projects. These projects have taken many forms, including primary research and fieldwork, exhibits, publications, school curricula, workshops and lectures, festivals, performances, and media productions.

Bell has completed a variety of publications and media productions. A new edition of his award-wining book, Food for the Dead: On the Trail of New England's Vampires, was published by Wesleyan University Press in 2011.

Thmas D'Agostino

Thomas D’Agostino is the author of several paranormal works. Thomas and his wife have been investigating the paranormal for the past 25 years. The duo has journeyed throughout New England and have a firm appreciation for their readers. The team has created a coalition of the best ghost hunters in the region.

Thomas and his wife also have four more publications underway and they will soon be hosting paranormal investigations in a variety of haunted places throughout Rhode Island.

Brian Harnois

Raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Brian Joseph Harnois was an investigator on Syfy Channel's Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International.

He has been on more than 670 investigations in his 19 years as a paranormal investigator. He has been to major haunted places such as Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Eastern State Penitentiary, The Stanley Hotel, Chillingham Castle, and many more.

Keith Johnson

Keith Johnson is regularly called upon to assist individuals in dealing with alleged malevolent paranormal phenomena or potential inhuman infestation in their homes. Together, he and his wife Sandra have more than 40 years of experience as paranormal investigators.

Interested in the paranormal since he was a teenager, Keith has been featured on Syfy's Ghost Hunters as a consulting demonologist, and was a core member of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS). He and Sandra co-founded New England Anomalies Research and host a local TV talk show dealing with paranormal topics called Ghosts R N.E.A.R., which airs locally in Rhode Island and online. Keith is the author of the Paranormal Realities book series that chronicle his experiences as a paranormal investigator.

Rory Raven

Providence native Rory Raven grew up hearing stories told by his Irish family. A life-long interest in all things psychic and paranormal led Rory to pursue a career as a mentalist and mindbender. His goal is to reproduce the kind of effects parapsychologists have been researching for years – only he does them live and onstage. His approach is more popular, historic, and folkloric than academic or paranormal.

In 2000, Rory Raven created the Providence Ghost Walk, a walking tour through the haunted history of Providence, where he shares many of the stories he has collected about the spookier side of the city.
